Preparation DEFROSTING Remove shrimp from bag and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly then let drain in colander for about 2 minutes. Once drained, the shrimp are ready to be cooked. Do not refreeze thawed shrimp. Store in the refrigerator after defrosting and use within 1 day. COOKING Stir fry or boil for tacos, wraps, salad, and more! Shrimp are cooked when flesh is firm to the touch.
