The ribeye is known to be tender and juicy. Striped from its bone, make sure to choose a well-marbled piece. The fat will melt therefor making your steak juicier and tastier. The Angus designation is a certification that attests to superior quality meat. These steaks have excellent marbling and meet certain specific criteria. It is recommended the steak be placed at room temperature for half an hour before cooking. Season your steak with salt and pepper or other spices at least 15 minutes before cooking so the seasoning is well absorbed. Enhance your steak: cover it with foil and let it sit for a couple of minutes after cooking.
