Remove plastic wrap and foam tray and season steak if desired. It's recommended to first brown the steak using a skillet or stove top pan, adding a little oil to avoid the steak sticking. For best results, add a liquid like broth or red wine to cover the meat. Cover and place in oven at 325°f/160°c or cook on stove top to an internal temp of 325°f/160°c for about 1 hour or until tender.
