Remove plastic wrap and foam tray and season meat if desired. For best results, first brown the meat in a pan with a little oil on medium-high heat. Using a stove top pot, place the meat inside and add 1 to 2 cups of desired liquid. Cover and simmer at medium heat for 3 hours. Adding any additional seasoning or vegetables can be done with about 1 hour to 45 minutes left in the cooking process.
