Cook on each side for about 4 min, Or until internal temp reaches 155°f/68°c. Pan fry: Set stove dial to medium-heat, Add oil to pan, heat the oil for 4 min then add the chop to the pan. Use caution when adding due to hot oil. Fry the chop for 4 min per side or until internal temp reaches 155°f/68°c
